Edmond was born in Visalia, CA, and has been in maintenance for 30 years. He began with the California Department of Recreation and worked there for 11 years, which included a promotion to Lead Tech. This prepared him for his role of Maintenance Director for a nursing home, a position he held for 7 years. After moving to Arizona with a home development company and pursuing his entrepreneurial spirit owning his handy business, Edmond moved into the apartment industry in May of 2012.
Edmond came on board with Homestead U when the company acquired The Ranch at Star Pass, and transferred to NorthPointe in January. Edmond has been a huge asset to the property during the transitions within the maintenance department; we are very happy to have him as part of the NorthPointe and Homestead UTeam!
