Employee Spotlight

Congrats to Alvis “Junior” Horn

“He is consistently one of the hardest working employees that we have, he goes above and beyond to take care of his property on a daily basis as well as assist other communities whenever needed. He is willing to train new maintenance tech’s with patience, guidance, and brings great knowledge to the HA Team. He has grown in his role as a leader. His team and all who know him have a kind regard and respect for him as a leader and a person. He also will work OT for his property, or anyone else’s to make sure that a resident is taken care of. With this being said he does it with a smile and never a complaint!!”

“Junior is one of the hardest working people we have on our team. He has worked hundreds of hours of overtime this year – MOST of that to help save his property money from hiring contractors. He is well respected by his team. He is well liked by Residents, Colleagues, and Vendors. His friendly personality is so welcoming! He has taken on several training sessions with employees outside his own team this year to teach them a skill. He embodies ALL of Homestead’s core values – Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Positive Outlook, and Professionalism.”

“His hard work and dedication to Century goes way above expectation. He has saved thousands of dollars by doing tasks in-house vs using contractors. He will never say no to anyone that needs help. You have to make him go home!”

Junior – Thank you so much for being a valuable member of the Homestead Team and for all your efforts!
